Okay this is what happen. All this was the night before the concert.

I heard they were doing sound checks at the stadium and since I lived 20 mins south of the stadium I hop on the bus and went around 6pm. I thought I would see them earlier but they were making the media rounds in the city...So I didn't see them come in at all. To give you an idea its like a musuem park and football stadium all in one area..so I was stading near the loading docks at the stadium which face Lake Michigan. At first it was like 50 people then as it was getting dark the crowd got bigger. Now I was out there until 1130 (?) The promoter or head of security told us that we were in for real treat if we (the fans) acted right. Whatever right? So I kinda snoozed my way up to the front of the gate and just lingered. Everyone became quiet when police and security started fixing the rails...

Then finally the first SUV came out and its Bono-got video and autograph. And he left I think 15 mins later out Adam and The Edge. You know Larry just drove by earlier and didn't get out...

Description: Oh--Have a good pen. Thats a must..this person next to me didn't have one and that's how I was able to have the footage of Adam...the Edge is much, much, much ,much,much much handsomer in person. I could have him work around me anytime! Maybe a little better looking than Bono ...And he is tall like 5'9..

I walked away feeling that they were sooo patient in signing autographs and taking some pics...I mean they made sure that they got everyone and those behind. I didn't know what to say because I just froze .

Meeting the band: Just lingered outside the docks where they entered and exit. Get their early and be prepared to stand and talk to interesting and roadie folks. Have a good camera and most of all...patience! I mean you are going to see some serious fans who become territorial but just ignore them. Stay focus on what you come to do...Since Soldier Field is open like that it was much easier than the Dallas Stadium where the band just flew in the same day and left the day...

I was given the Achtung Baby CD jacket in exchange for a GA Bracelet (not ticket) since I was in reserved seating...and that how I was able to get their autographs.

Now Im going to their concert again at Soldier Field in July so Im prepared even more....Are you going to any of their concerts next year?

If I think of anything else I would be happy to share but I just did it and didn't read anything. I just went and stood my ground and waited.

PS-if you see my other video...I kinda said the same thing but everything happen the way I explained...
